I joined Chiesi in September 2020 with an internship in the Manufacturing Spray Department.After this period I become Supervisor of Oral Solids and Inhalation Powders Department.This role gives me the possibility to collaborate with colleagues and be involved in several projects, every day I have the opportunity to grow and improve my professional skills. Working in production allows to perceive the impact that the company has for the health of patients. I am proud to work in Chiesi, company based on solid values, focusing on sustainability and people’s well-being.

I joined Chiesi in 2000 with an internship in the analytical laboratories as technician. After a short period I moved to researcher position and in the following years I covered roles with increasing responsibilities leading technical teams that contributed to the pipeline growth in the Respiratory area. I had the chance to learn on the job from my colleagues and to reach significant results thanks to cross-functional collaboration providing patients with different therapeutic options. In the last 5 years as a manager, with passion, enthusiasm and focus on Company goals, I have been working to create opportunities for our talents to learn and growth enabling the individual contribution, promoting team work and ensuring support to my scientists based in Italy and UK. I am proud to have the chance to contribute to address patients’ needs in a positive and safe environment where opportunities to grow concretely exist.
